How Heathrow meet & greet parking works
- You book parking for your trip.
- We confirm your booking and send handover instructions.
- Before collection, you receive your driver and contact details.
- Your driver meets you at the agreed Heathrow handover point.
- We record your vehicle's condition and mileage with you.
- One day after collection, you receive a secure link to pay the balance.
- An approved driver moves your vehicle to our parking premises.
- We coordinate your return using your flight and arrival updates.
- We return your vehicle and complete a recorded handover.
Outbound collection
Tell us when you're on your way to the airport. Your driver meets you at your terminal's handover point. Nothing more to pay at handover. We record the car's condition and mileage together. One day after collection, you'll receive a secure link to pay the balance (the total minus your £4.99 reservation).

Return
Let us know when you've landed and are ready. You can also update your flight details through Manage booking. We bring your car to the agreed point and go through a recorded return handover with you.
We don't offer live driver tracking or automatic flight monitoring at the moment.
How we protect you
Our 4-step handover protocol
- 01
Driver PIN match
Before your journey we send you a 4-digit PIN. Only hand over your keys once the driver tells you the same code.
- 02
Photos & mileage logged
Your driver photographs your car all round and records the mileage with you, and the record is sent to your phone.
- 03
Nothing to pay at handover
You've only paid £4.99 to reserve. No card, cash or payment at the terminal.
- 04
Pay one day after collection
A secure payment link for the balance arrives one day after we collect your car. Full price shown from the start.
